I would have given this 5 stars for everything except for the following. The kitchen cupboards and microwave are ridiculously high. I had to ask a staff member to get down the kitchen crockery for me to use. Apart from that it was a really spacious apartment with a comfortable bed. Convenient location for restaurants and supermarkets and tram stop. Helpful staff.

The staff were excellent. The property is in a fantastic location. The room itself was a bit tired with carpet worn and old TV's and couch. You could hear the people upstairs every move ( not great hearing a microwave going at 1am and hearing people walking around).

Location excellent, very quite and super comfy bed. We have stayed here before and definitely will stay again. I will say that the carpets were tired, and the bathroom was very small with limited bench space but a comfy bed outways those things for me

The location on flinders lane was excellent, near many ethnic restaurants and degraves st outdoor dining. Flinders train station is very close. The room needs a refresh but is fine. FYI the two bedroom has two beds open to the living space and 1.5 baths.

Great value for money. So good to have a small kitchen, dining and lounge area - makes for a relaxed stay. As soon as the front doors close it is quiet, safe and relaxed. Also good to have washing facilities on each floor. A great base in a central location.

Good sized apartment in convenient location near trams and trains. Lots of dining options nearby. Older property with some maintenance needed - eg TV not working, leak in bathroom above the sink area, one lift very slow.

Punthill Flinders Lane is an amazing place to stay in Melb CBD, will certainly stay again. It’s so close to everything and the staff were incredibly friendly. The room layout was great, with three separate spaces, giving us our own space from each other. It had everything we needed for six days. My only comment would be that the shower is on the smaller side, tiny actually, but workable, it was ok and it was clean. I did see some reviews that it was noisy, but that wasn’t our experience at all. It was very quiet. It may have been the location of our room, but it was great. We were happy.
