Poor at best.

I traveled 12 hours to arrive to a room that had stains on the pillow cases and smelled like a dog was still in the room. The front desk staff did change me to aborted room. That room also had pillow cases with stains on one bed, also I listened to people in the parking lot near my window laugh and play music until 3 am.

I had a short 1 night stay. The check in process was fast and easy. The young lady who checked me in was friendly and helpful. My room was clean , all basic amenities were provided- shampoo, lotion, klenex, shower cap. I will definitely be staying again if I’m ever in the area.

Our tv would not work. It would change the Chanel every 90 seconds. We could not watch one single show. This was frustrating. Staff said they were updating the internet. But other folks had functioning tvs so I don’t by that excuse or it would have been everyone’s tv. Also the only lamp in the room was not able to be turned on. The button was broke. Please don’t put the fridge on the floor. You have to get down on the floor to use it.

Not all of the rooms furniture was clean. Breakfast was scheduled from 6 to 9. By 8:30 breakfast items were no longer available and the staff did not provide food for those who arrived after 8:30.
