Pool ladder had a bolt sticking out. TV in room didn’t work. Back of TV and behind dresser looked like it has never been cleaned. The dirt/dust was thick like an abandoned house.

Check in was rough, couldn’t understand the man checking us in. When we got to the room it was less than desirable. Hole in the wall by the ac unit, paint chipping from the ceiling. Water stains in the ceiling. Carpet seemed old & dirty. Beds were ok. Only stayed for a short night. Didn’t use the pool if there was one. Didn’t see it. Breakfast was very minimal. Wouldn’t recommend this place. There’s a much nicer Holiday Inn close by.

Place was run down n old. Lots of slamming doors. Carpet was kinda stinky. It rained very heavily the night we stayed , our ceiling leaked and dripped water all night. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

This is always a lovely place to stay when I’m visiting my family. My only complaint is the quality of the coffee and juices. I think this may be a chain issue and not a location issue. Please do something about the coffee…it is not drinkable. My son said the juice tasted like sugar water, too. Otherwise it is a very comfortable place to stay.

I found the window had been open about an inch. I couldn't get it shut, but my carpenter husband knew what to do to get it unjammed. Tub needs to be redone. Beer can and cigarettes littered back door area.

Check out is 11:00AM. I went out of my room at 10:25, and when I came back at 10:30, my key wasn’t working. They turned my key off so I couldn’t get inside of anything way before check out time at 11:00. They called my room at 10:15ish to remind me that check out was at 11:00. Like okay, I know that. It’s like they couldn’t wait for us to get out of there. So bad that they deactivated our key card before check out time, so the guy at the front desk had to let us back in our room just to get our stuff so we could leave. On top of that, it was not very clean.

Nice Stay

My stay was really nice. Check In was a breeze, Receptionist was nice and friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Dont let the outside of the building fool ya. My stay was great.
