From the time we checked in until we checked out, the staff was phenomenal. Any questions we had or anything we needed, they were more than happy to accommodate. Not only would we stay there the next time we are in florida, but we would highly recommend to everyone.

The parking garage is convenient but the sensors at the gate often are offline or can’t read the parking tickets, so there is sometimes a line of cars waiting because someone is having trouble getting out. Also an alarm went off on my floor for several hours overnight and no one was able to get it turned off. The ground floor lobby is a mess too. Dirty and messy. Gives a bad impression upon arrival.
