Some of the front desk staff were not helpful or friendly. It was easier to order food online and pay. Not many options for the continental breakfast. I had to call the hotel to confirm shuttle service after waiting over an hour at the airport.

I’m very particular and always do deep dives into reviews before booking. Despite some mixed feedback, I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. While the property isn’t brand new, it was clean and the staff was extremely helpful. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast. Check-in took a bit longer than I’m used to, but that was clearly due to high crowds arriving in town. Overall, a solid stay.
