Room was big and clean. It’s very close to the Mia Airport. There was a noise from a machine outside and also the AC made a fairly loud noise but it cooled very good. They had an extra $4 “service charge” and you need to pay for parking, $12 through PMC. All these extra payment should be included on all booking sites. At least I didn’t see it on Expedia

There was no shuttle from the airport. My wife and I were there to go on a cruise and decided to stay the night before the cruise. The room wasn't very clean the lobby wasnt very organized and the staff was o.k. All said if we do this again we will choose a different hotel.

Nice room very close to MIA. We could watch the jets take off from our room which was fun. Good Chinese food just next to the hotel as well. We would stay here again for future cruises.

Check in was abysmal. Called 5 days earlier to be put on list for early check-in. Got here nothing noted. Waited 5 hrs to get a room. The check luggage place was ran fine until trying to get bags after check in. I'm disabled but staff told my wife to go out to the shuttle and get the guy driving to open the closet. We had to go to him unbelievable. Then the driver helps out another couple. The check in room was absolutely packed it was ridiculous. After 5 mins wife gets annoyed and opens the door to the checked luggage and it's unlocked. I tell her to open the door and just grabbed our bags. Several other people saw that we just opened the door and they got their bags as well. Pretty unsecure if you ask me. Door just unlocked. Crazy that only one person has the keys and will check you in. Whole point of ticketing your bags is pointless. Restaurant inside is just food. Rooms were just rooms. Although I will say the ADA bathrooms was one of the better ones I've had. That was nice and impressive. G About to take the free shuttle so I'm hoping that it's nice and easy with several awful Ubers and taxi uses. So in general it was average room comfortable bed great ADA bathroom. Horrible checkin. Terrible baggage hold and several staff just standing around and couldn't help at all. Would pass on this and find somewhere else if would do it all over again.

The staff was rude to several customers. The check in process was extremely slow and tedious. There was no place to use the rest room until you were checked in. They said they were going by a sign up list but continued to help customers that came in after other customers. I left and paid for another hotel room. The hotel still hasn't responded to Expedia's inquiry into the situation. I understand that they were busy and working hard but it was a completely negative experience. I wont ever spend money with any Clarion again

When I arrived, the reception area was very busy, and it took about an hour before I could check in. The building is a bit old and could use some minor renovations, but it is still fairly well maintained. One thing I really appreciated is the free airport shuttle bus service—it was convenient and efficient. The room was nice and clean, with a great view of the airport. It had two twin beds that were comfortable, although they made squeaking noises with even the slightest movement. The air conditioning worked well, and the room was equipped with a TV, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There was no noise disturbance from airplanes, but occasionally I could hear other guests in the hallway or through the walls. I also frequently smelled weed in the hallway, and sometimes the smell came into the room, likely through the ventilation system. The room doors shut very loudly, causing the walls to shake. The cleaning staff also kept slamming doors in the hallway, which created disturbances—especially when I was trying to take a nap. Overall, it’s a suitable place for a short stay. I would rate it a 7 out of 10
