The room was clean, staff was friendly. My only complaint would be that in the property details it says, free continental breakfast, however when we went down for it they said nope it was $12 or $13 something ( can’t remember exact price)

The hotel didn’t have bottled water, nor plastic utensils. You pay for what you get. This was a business trip so I didn’t need fancy. But I felt safe as a woman traveling alone and the staff was nice

The hotel is very dated but has convenient airport shuttle. The reason I booked this hotel was because of the airport shuttle and also the cruise shuttle. I read that we had to call the hotel in advance to book the cruise shuttle however when I did call, they told me you can only reserve when you check in. At check-in they told me that the shuttle only operates from Friday-Sunday something they didn’t tell me when I called. The next day when I was waiting for my Uber, the shuttle shows up to pick up those that had reserved. We never got a straight answer from anyone about this. We were just told to speak to the manager who we never found. I would not recommend this hotel as Customer Service was not the greatest and the hotel a little dingy.

First of all, they didn’t have no heat in the rooms you couldn’t even adjust from cold to hot and I’m a cold naked person so I needed some heat and I was cold the whole time I was there and the little restaurant they had there they need to close it down, cause they did not serve good food

Unfortunately, when we visited, Miami was having a cold spell and the hotel offered no heat anywhere not in the rooms not in the hotel itself, nor did they have extra blankets available and it was pretty chilly in there. The hotel also had a stale funky smell to it in general, and it looked as if they were perhaps trying to remodel, but overall it was very dated. I ended up contacting Expedia and they called the hotel to verify that there was no heat and they immediately refunded my money. We then found another hotel. However, by this time it was nearly midnight and a huge inconvenience. I definitely would not recommend this hotel.

It was a nice clean room. Only one person spoke english. There is nothing near it. Was the only hotel with a room due to bad storm in the Northeast anda large number of canceled flights
