The room was clean- the staff was nice. You get what you pay for. The AC worked and the bed was comfortable. Would I hang out in the room or near there? No. The breakfast was not free-($11) but the shuttle from the airport was convenient and helpful.

The room was clean. The bathroom tub needs replacing due to old non stick mat mark it made the bath tub seems unclean. Also when you use the microwave the current in the room chip. Room 821 needs review. Also, the hotel charges you $5 for packages delivered to the hotel. Even if you are not aware of the policy there is no work around. The agent Jorge was nice though. The heater doesnt work so during the cold front I sufferred. The breakfast was horrible. The eggs looked wet and the sausages look white like they werent cooked. No access to bathroom in lobby unless staff let you in. Alot of construction was happening. They are also exact with check-in time. If you work with airline you are given preferences over people who are waiting for hours to be checked in.

It was one of the top 3 worst places I’ve had to stay at ever. Not only did the hotel have mold and open ceiling issues but the room we had smelled of piss and to top it off NO HOT water!!! I would like a full refund but we did stay considering we got in at 2am and nothing else was available at that time. The room didn’t live up to the pictures and it was not as nice as previous Clarion properties.

We read reviews of the hotel relative to bedbugs and cockroaches before leaving our vacation rental to stay for an early a.m. flight Unfortunately, we had only a non refundable rate. We should have read before, but had only recently decided to do so and choices were limited. Needless to say, WE DID NOT STAY! We remained at our vac. rental instead. We are surprised that this kind of property is even listed by Expedia, so buyer beware to read reviews and not blindly trust Expedia. We will not ever again!

1st room had running toilet and bathroom light was like a strobe light. We did get a room change. Building was not very clean. When booked the reservation made it sound like the continental breakfast was complimentary but it was $14 US.

Unseasonably cold nights in Miami, but there was no heat. Staff said we’re in Miami, so there’s no working heater in the hotel. TV did not work, called staff 3 times & told someone would come up. Finally, had to go to front desk. Clerk said he had to call manager, since maintenance had not responded to calls. The manager then found maintenance who came upstairs and made repairs. Rooms and lobby are quite date.
