The black guy is rude. And the curly head light completion young lady not so friendly. But I Love the others receptionist and housekeeping. The hotel stay was nice.

The staff could be more helpful and welcoming. Several came across as rude or uninterested. Both the hotel and cruise shuttle drivers were unfriendly and unhelpful. Maybe it was just an off weekend for everyone, but a little kindness and effort to assist guests would make a big difference. Room was clean, the house keeping was kind and helpful. Thank you for showing up.

Terrible rude front desk male staff, discrimination against Asian people. We booked and paid for queen beds room, front desk even sent engineer to confirm they are full size beds, too small for us. They refused to change to correct room and refused to provide an extra folding bed.
