The hotel room was clean, spotless and great amenities and location. walking distance to the oceanfront, bayfront park, monorail, restaurants etc.They also had a 24x7 service, parking onsite for a fee, breakfast/dinner onsite also for a fee but the food was good. the lounge also had TV watching option and bar.

Staff was courteous, food was good but expensive. Parking was extremely expensive, but also convenient. They did not have the usual informational binders or papers in the room, nor did they have trash bags in the trash cans, but I refused to complain because they allowed me to check in early..They had an amazing pool, and a clean little gym space. Overall I had a great experience, and I will stay here again in the future.

Hotel is located in a good area. Walking distance from Bayfront park and Bayside marketplace. Convenient restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable. We did have an issue in the room with water seeping unto the carpet from the bathroom. When reported, maintenance came right away (which was impressive). The issue was not easily resolved and we were told we had to move rooms. For our inconvenience, we were upgraded to a suite (without asking) and given breakfast vouchers for the remaining of our stay. Andrew on front desk was very apologetic and made sure we were comfortable after our move. I would have rated the hotel a 5, however the service was not consistent with every employee. Despite that one issue, given the manner it was addressed and coupled with every thing else mentioned about the hotel, I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

The bed was pretty comfortable. Have been at this property numerous times. The check-in was not the best. Had to wait 5 hours to get a room. I had emailed for early check-in but I guess no room was available. This time the bathroom ceiling had water leaking which was pretty weird to experience at this property.
