Garbage hotel

Worst customer service I have ever had. Front desk staff are rude and unhelpful. Police were here every day with drug busts. Never stay here

This hotel needs a total overhaul. They slapped on some paint and new furniture but overall it was not a comfortable stay. Especially for the price!

We had to leave as soon as we checked in. The drug deals in the parking lot and the smell of weed was horrible. The room stunk of weed. We had a wheelchair with us and called when booked a month and half early to verify a downstairs room. I was told yes. The black lady behind the counter was the rudest, nastiest mean lady and accused me a racist because I told her we had to leave and I needed a copy of the paperwork I signed. She was not wanting to show me for some reason. She told me to let the other rep handle me and because she thought I was nicer to him she called me a racist. I treated them both the same and that rep was a different nationality so how was i racist. It was horrible

Motel is in very poor condition, everything looked dirty, located in a industrial/cargo area with nothing around and at an exhorbitant price. Only good thing is location near airport but that is about it.
