The staff was nice to us from check in to check out, the moments we had interaction. Bad thing is the Wi-Fi really sucks at this place, I called the front desk one night, and they reset it, called the front desk another night they said they couldn’t do anything and just wait for the Wi-Fi signal to be the correct one again because at that time (like 1AM in the morning is bad according to them) why? I don’t know, felt like it was the third world and not the US. The cleaning ladies are really nice people as well, but one of them forgot to leave clean towels in the room when she cleaned ours (and that’s ok, we tend to forget things when we’re busy, the problem was that it took more than 45 minutes for the front desk to send clean towels to our room, I walked to the front desk the first time and called from the room the second time and we were not even told why they were taking so long to bring clean towels to our room and we needed to take a shower to go out again.

The room I was placed in had a large gap between the door and the frame. I could see the outside through the gap even when the door was shut and locked. I did not feel safe at this hotel.

This is a motel - NOT a hotel. It has not elevators considering the fact that it is an airport premise. Do not get fooled by the promise of quality because of the Wyndham name. Poor poor on all level.
