The hotel is attached to the mall and it was very convenient to find restaurants and shops. It’s definitely a luxury hotel, but it was worth the stay.

The property itself was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Unfortunately, the check-in experience fell short. The front desk agent seemed rushed and uninterested in answering our questions, as if eager to move on to the next guest. Despite my asking about the VIP upgrades and amenities, nothing was explained or offered. While the hotel is stunning, first impressions matter, and a warmer, more attentive welcome would have made the stay start off much better.
