Front desk was very nice and appreciated the luggage cart readily available at the front with the driveway to unload. Checked into our room and it was very humid. Turned up the A/C But it didn’t seem to be cooling down. Turned off the unit itself to see if it would reset but it didn’t. It just blew air but not cold then started making a loud noise. Front desk was able to give us a different room but not a King Size bed they only had 2 queens available, I was fine with that as long as we had cold air to sleep. Front desk resolved our issue fast and even found a room on the same floor so we didn’t have to move all our stuff far.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AS MUCH AS YOU CAN! THEY WILL DOUBLE CHARGE YOU! I booked one night stay through Expedia in late December. I showed up at the hotel and they had my reservation. They asked for my credit card for deposit just in case. A few days later, I found out that the hotel charged me again for the night I had already paid through expedia. I called hotel twice. First time they told me they made a mistake and would reimburse me. Nothing happened so after a few days, I called them again, they said they could only find that I paid with expedia and they could not find the record that they charged on my credit card. However, the charge was STILL on my card! I had to go through month-long process to dispute with them through my credit card. It is still not resolved after more than 1.5 months. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS HOTEL! STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!

The room was dirty. There was a dirty used washcloth on the sink, dirty sheets on the bed, microwave was dirty, and coffee table had crumbs still in it and table was sticky. There were no other rooms available. Would not stay here again

This hotel is on US 1 right before you hit the road going to Key West. There are a lot of dining places but mostly fast food. It close to the RedLands area as well. The staff was great! The bed was comfy. The room and hotel was very clean. I needed an early check in and that was provided with no issues. I appreciate the staff and would stay again.

Nickel and dime you.

I reserved and paid for this hotel on hotels.com. After paying an inflated price for the hotel, when I got there and checked in, they hit me with another $10.00 charge to park my vehicle in the parking lot. Unacceptable. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. In fact, I have put this brand on my no patron list. This is not acceptable business practice in my opinion. You suck. All that, then my stopper on my sink was broken in my room. The first towel I used after my shower had a blood stain on it. Ugh. Don't stay here unless you are looking for subpar amenities and financial rape
