When we checked in we were told we could not get an upgrade. We received a room where the king bed was basically in the elevator shaft. All night sounded luke a freight train. I tried to ask for help at the front desk everyday 2xs a day and the promised someone would call me. Not one call. The refrigerator was standing on 2 legs, the sinks dont drain. The hose keeping was very nice. But front desk staff was very rude and dismissive. Not happy. We stayed 4 nights with no help.

Nice hotel!…. Friendly staff, great amenities, relaxed atmosphere, felt like being at home. The room was sparkly clean, the bed super comfortable. Definitely a come back for us! Sadly, Florida is a horrible state, the abuse of charging taxes over taxes + more taxes. They are killers for hotels and the people who enjoy hotel stays.

They gave me a wheelchair accessible room that i did not want. Therefore shower head was low, there was a hill in the room that was annoying ( for wheelchair). Inefficient replacement of towels and tissues. Missing a bath mat one day. No robes.
