Not enough elevators

The room itself was good. Nice and clean. The major problem with this hotel is the lack of adequate elevators. We had a room on the 8th floor. We had several suitcases. On the way up to our room nobody told us the elevators wouldnt work without a room card touching black pad near the buttons. We had to wait on another guest to ask them what to do. When we were leaving we had another elevator issue. After waiting ONE HOUR on the 8th floor for a elevator down we eventually had to give up. Every elevator was full to the max with people. We ended up having to carry all our suitcases down the stairs in order to check out with enough time to catch our cruise ship. This hotel is perfectly acceptable as long as you don't need an elevator.

The area it’s very convenient! Now there was only one elevator working in the morning when everyone was leaving and it took hours for everyone trying to get to the first floor, I decided to take the stairs. The food was alright they need more chairs to sit. The pool was too small it was more like a jacuzzi and at night a men knock on my door which scared me because I was by myself! I enjoyed the surroundings of the hotel and that I can easily walk around but the hotel was meh not great. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. The Tv had no channels at all it was Netflix and you need a subscription or else no TV and YouTube too. Shoutout to the the house keeper that helped me open my apple juice bottle she was so sweet !! All the cleaning staff was super nice and offer me clean towels and greet me good morning. Honestly the only highlight of the hotel

Beautiful room and exceptionally clean

This hotel was in a great location. It was extremely clean and the room was very spacious. The reception staff was terrific. The variety of breakfast items was very good. We only stayed 1 night prior to our cruise but I’d stay here again for the convenience of being able to walk to many great areas around the hotel.

Clean, comfortable and great location

Stayed one night and have to say all was excellent. Clean spacious room, great location near a bunch of restaurants of all kinds, walkable area, terrific pool and spa, nice bar, great service and a check in from Wilda via text to be sure all was good with our accommodation. Breakfast was good with nice variety. All this at a Hampton Inn!

Waited for over 20 min for elevators during morning departure. Only 2 working elevators for a big hotel. Almost made me late for shuttle. Could not take stairs due to having 6 pieces of luggage and 2 kids. No bell hop on property to help with luggage. Area around was fine. Not the best for family fun. Lots of upscale and single life lounges and restaurants around
