On Saturday June 14th our room was robbed some time between 7 and 9 pm while we were having dinner in the restaurant downstairs. We became aware of this when I received an email from American Express that my card had been used at a Foot Locker Store. We immediately went back upstairs to our 6th floor room. Apparently they broke in the sliding glass door. ( we found out later that the door would lock but if you pull real hard on it would open.) They got into our safe and stole our wallets, watches, jewelry, cash and even our medication. Of course we called the police, filled out the necessary paper work for them and the hotel, then spent the next several hours cancelling credit cards. My wife was so shaken she didn't sleep all night and we checked out a day early. The next morning we spoke to the manager who was polite and and explained their procedure. He said he would contact their insurance company and they would contact us directly. I have not heard from them and have tried to contact him again with no luck. The police emailed me for additional information the next day. and I sent them all I had. Obviously we would never stay here again and probably never stay in any Hilton again.

Average at best. Room was not the cleanest and all body wash, shampoo, conditioner bottles were empty upon checkin. Took a trip to front desk and multiple calls to front desk and about 12 hrs for them to finally send someone up. Then instead of actually filling the wall mounted bottles, they just handed me bottles. Prior to this when I tried to get some from a maid cleaning rooms, she did not have any and gave me a small single use body wash the size of lipstick for 4 people in our room… do better there Hilton… elevators also sound like they are on their way out… make lots of noises and one was down for a while.

Hi everyone. I am writing to share feedback regarding our recent stay at Hilton Cabana Miami Beach hotel. While we understand and acknowledge that the standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, as clearly stated in the confirmation, our experience left much to be desired, particularly in terms of service and flexibility. We arrived at the hotel at approximately 11:45 AM after an overnight flight from California with our three young children. Given the circumstances, we kindly asked the front desk if an early check-in might be possible. One staff member was polite and said she would do her best to accommodate us. However, during her lunch break, we inquired again with another staff member who bluntly reiterated that check-in is strictly at 4:00 PM and offered no assistance beyond saying we might be called if a room became available sooner. After a long and sleepless night of travel, it was extremely difficult for our family to wait in the hotel lobby for several hours. No one made any further effort to help us, nor did we feel that staff showed any empathy toward our situation. While I fully respect hotel policies, I do believe that some consideration or flexibility could be extended to loyal or Honor members when possible. It was disappointing that not a single room was available before 4:00 PM, and it raised questions as to why it would take over five hours to prepare even one room for check-in. Was not satisfied with the service!

Construction happening next door, so the beach, pool or any of the experience at the hotel is just noisy. Service could be better. Elevator was down so only one working so it took forever and we were on the 8th floor. Having to carry luggage down the steps. Concierge asked me to select a wine bottle on them since it was my birthday and did not receive anything. Just with all that’s happening there should at least be exceptional service to make up for all the inconvenience but there wasn’t
