Nice Property. Only complaints that I have is that I reserved a handicap accessible room. I needed a bath seat because being handicapped. My room was not handicap accessible. When I called the front desk, I was told that they did not have bath seats except in the handicap rooms and the property was completely booked. The gentleman working the night shift could use a few pointers on customer relations. Besides that, the hotel is updated and clean.

The television was not working, and apparently there was no maintenance staff working on the weekend. I’ve stayed in a hundred hotels, from fancy ones to dives, and I have never been in a room where a tv didn’t work. Ridiculous.

When I called to make a reservation, I gave a specific reason why we were making the trip and the front desk staff actually remembered and asked us how everything went upon checkout. 🙂 We also requested a room on the top floor and though they couldn’t promise it would be available they were able to accommodate us in that area as well. We really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the staff.
