The entire room had the smell of mold, and it was visible in the shower. The internet was terrible, we barely had connection for the two days we stayed there. Very disappointing.

Staff were nice but the condition of the room was terrible! The room had a strong odor of mold and mildew. While looking around the room, there was a painted section on the wall near the air conditioner that was trying to cover the discoloration from mold. The corner on the floor near the air conditioning was peeling from the wall, white-ish color like mold. I have allergies to mold and mildew, I couldn’t even stay in the room, having to check out shortly after getting there. I had to find another room with a different hotel, I could not take a chance that the hotel would just put me in another room with such toxic conditions for my health. Also, my trip was cut short because I now paid for a room that was not suitable for health reasons, to go pay for another room. I will be contacting the property manager today, they should refund the room and pay someone to fix it properly! I have stayed at Holiday Inns all over and have never been so disappointed.

After several stays and trying to give them a chance to improve, I will not stay here again. Their hotel needs to be demolished and rebuilt. There is mold in rooms, housekeeping doors a terrible job. I have messaged with Ronald at the hotel and sent him pictures of some of the things that are wrong with this place. He requested I contact you because he is willing to refund one night after he saw what i dealt with. Not sure how you guys can make that happen. This place is terrible and even a health hazard.

Noise above 518 was constant pulsing vroom vroom and very disturbing at night. Main A/C unit for hotel?. Suite was good as was housekeeping staff. Breakfast was very busy with not enough seating on all 3 days we were there. Choices were basic but regularly refilled.
