Okay place

The staff was professional and service was great however the room was very outdated. Tube was nasty and rusted. The hotel is around a lot of amenities. It’s across form outlets and store close by. It’s was old, nasty and outdated.

Musty and gross!

This hotel was disgusting. The lobby had no ac. The rooms were musty smelling and damp. Bathrooms had mold on grout. Room lamps did not work. Very very outdated. The pics online do not reflect the actual hotel and rooms. Totally catfished! Will never stay at this hotel again.

The place has gone downhill and I want my money back . Showers were dirty had hair on the walls of the shower and looked like pubic hair in there as well dirty towels and the door didn’t lock good holes in the sheets in my room dirty sheets in my daughters room. Housekeeping is terrible they walked in our room at 10am knocked once and we had a late checkout they also waked right into my daughter’s room and didn’t knock. Last time I stayed here was 2021 and I’m not sure what happened, but it’s gone down will not recommend

The elevators were horrible. Hotel need updating! The only reason we stay there is because it is close to the port for cruises. It is a good location and across the street from the marketplace mall with shops and restaurants. The cost is way too high for the hotel condition. That is the only reason I gave a average rating was because of its location.

First, my breakfast was to be included and they said it wasn"t. No paper towels in the room. No TV in the living room, had to go get extra washcloths only given 2 not 4. Restaurant is really expensive. Vending machines broken. Wanted water fir 2.50 in the machine had to get it downstairs for 5 a bottle. Definitely a tourist trap.

Not Holiday Inn standards I’m used to

Dated hotel. Lumpy Bed. Slow draining shower. Front desk acted like they didn’t want to be there either or be bothered. Valet was the only team that was welcoming & friendly.
