The carpet has got to go!! Old and musty smelling. A lot of money for what it was knowing we could’ve stayed two blocks away for less and in a much nicer place! Photos are deceiving :(

We stayed here before our cruise, and while the hotel itself was clean, it definitely had an old smell and the interior felt dated. Parking was a major headache—hard to deal with and very expensive. On the positive side, the location is convenient if you’re heading to the Port of Miami or want quick access to the nearby market. That said, the drawbacks outweighed the benefits for us. For our upcoming spring cruise, we’ll be choosing a hotel closer to the Miami airport instead.

Website says airport shuttle...no shuttle. Checked in ~ no issue. Elevator to room smells like mildew. Room smells musty. No towels or washclothes. Closet mirrors are filthy...like a dog pawed & licked it (I have pictures) 3 outlets do not work
