Pros: Room & property in good condition. The beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Location is great! Parking in the lot across the street was only $20 per night which is cheaper than the surrounding lots Cons: walls very thin, we could hear the conversation in the next room and in the halls perfectly. Also the bridge opens for boats often so you hear that until late hours The pool is also not in the greatest location so it does not get sun until later in the day Elevators take FOREVER during the day we ended up taking stairs often Overall it was fine for the short stay we needed it for but probably would not return for a longer vacation

It was horrible experience for my family. We booked 2 double bed, however Hyatt regency gave us 1 king bed and poor roller way bed with broken spring mattress. When I complained about the room condition, front desk staff gave me cold face and told me they have overbooked.She never told me sorry about it

El ruido de las motocicletas y de los autos que circulaban en la calle, demasiado ruido escape abierto se escuchaban dentro de la habitación, lo cual conciliar el sueño era difícil, en mi opinión es un hotel viejito y costo beneficio no funciona no lo recomiendo, no volvería a este hotel para nada

We had to wait until 10:00 PM to access our room, even though check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM. The hotel offered a credit for the night they did not provide at the end. The reception area was full of other guests complaining as well. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
