Our check- in was delayed by an hour the staff was extremely courteous and accommodating by waving resort fees and valet fee but that wasn't the end of it...after spending the night we woke up to ants all over the table in our room, the room service table had yet to be picked up in the morning. Which is why my review leaves me at 3 stars, the property is beautiful and the staff is extremely attentive... the ants not good!

Overall stay was enjoyable. The facilities and staff were great and the room sizable with a pretty view.The room service meals were good but the breakfast buffet at Corsair was very much under par; majority of the staples were empty the whole time. Not worth the $39. Also, found it odd that exactly at 11 when the buffet was over, it was announced to people to get what they wanted because they were closing (there was no food left) even though they had just been seated. The manager handled our concerns well and offered to comp our breakfast which we declined. We didn't use the water park because of the weather but it looked beautiful. Valet staff was fabulous and even remembered our name.

Terrible checkin experience after waiting for hours the room was not ready and they solved towards the hotel convenience downgrading the room type. Unbelievebable experience. Paying for an upgrade and receiving a downgrande. Very hard to return to this property, shame!!

From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to make our stay enjoyable. It’s rare to find such consistently friendly service across the board, and it truly made a difference. The room was spotless—immaculately clean with fresh linens, a well-maintained bathroom, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The grounds were equally pristine, with beautifully landscaped gardens and walkways that were a pleasure to stroll through. And the pool area? Simply amazing. It was the highlight of our stay! Crystal-clear water, plenty of comfortable loungers, shaded areas, and a relaxing ambiance that made it perfect for both families and couples. Whether you wanted to swim, sunbathe, or just unwind with a drink, the pool area had it all. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and relaxing getaway!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff wonderful! My only complaint is that 4/5 of the main pool at Tidal was closed due to bad filtration so even the small area that was open was cloudy and of course crowded since there was nowhere else to be! The pool was the sole reason I chose this hotel for my daughters birthday trip so that was a huge disappointment and the pool manager mentioned it has been like this for several weeks so they know but are not making note of it for future guests to make informed decisions. I would have chose a different location until it was fixed had I been informed so please call before booking!
