Very comfortable botique hotel. The rooms were great and well decorated. Very comfortable bed. Great location to walk to other areas and restaurants in Coral Gables. Next time in Coral Gables i definitely will stay in this hotel.

In all my travels I have never stayed anywhere so pretentious. The hotel staff was offended by my existence. They really don't like that poor people even exist. if you are not part of the 1%, they want nothing to do with you. When I checked in they lied to me about an upgrade. They said the same thing to the entire team.

The attending staff at the pool were very helpful and friendly. I think warmer pool water would have been nice. Having complimentary coffee available early in the morning was great. The elevators were quick and quiet (we've been in "high end" hotels where that isn't always the case).
