I have stayed at a campgorund better than this place. Old out dayed toilet leaks. You need to request room cleaning 24 hours in advanced and not cleand daly, upon arrival I need to requst the room to be cleaned, staff is rude not friendly at all.I highly suggest looking for a better place to stay.

When we arrived at the airport we called immediately for transportation, they said it would get there around 7pm, we were not picked up until 745ish. The room was clean but there was two roaches that came in from under the door. Not the hotels fault but just so you are aware. Then we booked transportation from the hotel to the cruise terminal. We scheduled the night before and when we checked in down stairs we waited for 30 minutes and then when we asked the receptionist about when they would arrive, she called the transportation service and they were not told they needed to pick us up. We did get a refund of our money and booked an Uber instead. Staff was ok, but not overly friendly. I know it annoyed them when i asked for a refund, but we had to be at the terminal and it was going to be another 30 minutes to wait for their transport.

I wanted to say for a hotel that was renovated five years ago, you can tell that the property wasn't kept up. The king size bed was beat in. The AC unit wasn't throughly clean. It had mold in between the ac vents. That cause my fiancee allergy to act up. So no! I wasn't to pleasant with that issue in the room.

Property was not what I expected, too much people were smoking on the hall ways around the property etc and the rooms were not that clean. Breakfast was too strict closing too early at 9AM. Someone of the staff is coming to remove everything to eat at exactly 9.00.

Staff was very unfriendly at front desk-no greeting, no smiling. Spoke quietly and would not increase volume when told we were unable to hear. Nothing friendly or helpful in the check-in process. Received the wrong room and when I went to get the King bedroom I paid for, she said I reserved what I got. - she showed me a page on her phone to prove it, but that did not show any kind of words like king or double queen bedroom. Just some codes and she would not tell me what the code stood for. I was told that she can cancel it and then I can find somewhere else to go. I booked it 9 months in advance. The room was not clean. Floor was full of sand/dirt just evenly pushed around with a mop. My husband’s socks were wet and filthy from walking in the room. Had to wear shoes. The AC wasn’t on and everything was damp, bedding, mirrors, walls were running down with moisture, and all of our clothes soon were just as damp as we waited for the AC to actually work on the humidity. Breakfast wasn’t horrible, just missing some meat options. They had two different times though from what is on the info sheet given at checkin and what was actual when we arrived at the breakfast spot. Pool times were different too. Some TV stations didn’t have any volume. Very very disappointing and frustrating dealing with this hotel.

Dirty dirty dirty. When we arrived there was a yellow substance on the floor by the bed. Stayed there the whole time we were there (five nights). We asked for fresh bedding when we arrived because there was shoe marks on the sheets. Instead of them making the bed they handed us the bedding. Housekeeping doesn’t straighten up at all. They come in and MAYBE make the bed and give new towels. We asked for an extra towel because they were really small, we were told no that we get fresh ones the following day…. The following day meaning after 5PM the next day. I have never had such a terrible experience at a hotel before. We decided to try this one because it’s closer to the airport than our usual hotel we stay at but I’d rather the longer drive than to ever stay here again. A first, and last time for us for sure. Lastly, they do offer a shuttle however it doesn’t start running till 8am and stops running at 7PM. So it’s useless unless you plan to leave between those specific hours.

I had to pay for my package that was delivered there. The front desk gentlemen couldnt find my package and was unfriendly. I ask the front desk gentleman not to let room attendant clean my room ill bring old towel in for new towel when i return. He acted like he couldnt speak english. No parking No hand towel at all available. Wifi only was caught in the lobby and not in the room
