Toda la habitacion estaba demasiado sucia. La cortina del baño estaba con mojo, la tina para bañarse sucia. Las cortinas de las ventanas manchadas, el respaldar de la cama puro pulvo el piso con excremento de raton. Solo dieron 1 toilet paper para 3 dias. La persona del front desk con una actitud.

There was mold in the headboard and the shower and moisture on the floor and walls, ac was freezing,I turned it up came back after few hours and it was back to 64 degrees. I went to check in the young lady was not pleasant she sent me to a room where another guest was still in, checking out, it took 15 minutes to get some one to come out the just took the cards and hurried back to the room as if I bothered her. Normally I don't complain so e just left, they took $100 as a deposit although I had paid for the room before, when I asked,the girl who didn't give her name, said it will 7-10 days to get it refunded to my account. I booked the room but stayed in there only for few hours.

I hade to ask to get clean towels, I had to ask to have the room cleaned, I had to ask to have the trash taken out and I had to ask to have the a/c repaired. Front desk was extremely unhelpful with every issue. Room was dirty with rusty light switches and the bathroom was sad.

The floor needed sweeping, bathtub and knobs need to be replaced. First morning in the room, I noticed that the walls and surfaces were wet and when I complained to the front desk, I was told that I needed to keep the temperature below 70° in order to keep the room humidity free. They just offered extra covers to keep me warm. I’ve been to many hotels with the same type of a/c unit and never had problems with humidity in the room.

Front desk staff was extremely rude, rolling her eyes, and talking on the phone for a very long time before even acknowledging me to help me. I could understand it if I was rude, too, but I was very kind. They barely speak English as well. Housekeeping woke us up several times in a row after we asked to be left alone each time.

This was suppose to be a 1 week stay that turned into a one night. The entrance was a mess with garbage at the front which is used by smokers. The lobby entrance and elevator had cat feaces. The room was extremely cold, wet and humid. We were awakened by water dripping from the ceiling which bought our attention to the mold in the ceiling. We literally had to go to the front desk to get towels for the floor and don’t get me started on the stained sheets and hot mess of a bathroom with grime and hair all over.

Breakfast was on time eveey morning during my stay,however more breakfast options will be nice(just eggs everyday),the issue with the Ac units,if its you change the temperature you run the risk of wet floors ,walls and ceiling,the staff....ok some acted like they didn't want to be there,especially the men at the front desk,suggestion your front desk must always have a pleasant face at least so they are easily approachable..all in all i will not book that hotel again and i won't recommend it to anyone either.

This property clearly had severe water damage, door frames were rusted drywall was damaged. The flooring was most likely original 1970s. There was a horrible odor in the room, as if someone had been smoking in there or possibly cooking meth. Both me and my companion could smell it, but management housekeeping refused to acknowledge. Only several of the channels worked on the TV and some of those were so fuzzy or had no sound. We had two towels, one washcloth and one hand towel for the weekend. The breakfast was horrible and there were five or six feral cats wandering through the lobby.
