Black mold everywhere, our door didn’t lock properly, cockroaches, pretty sure the towels were already used because they had who knows what on them, stains on the comforters and sheets, floor was so dirty that our brand new socks were black within the first hour, peeling paint everywhere, rust everywhere, door frames and mirrors falling apart, beds were only Full sizes which looking back yes, they didn’t say they were queens but their pictures made the beds looked bigger. We tried to find another hotel but apparently it was right when a huge game was happening so every hotel we called was fully booked. The staff seems very bothered when we checked in. The pool was very dirty. It had bugs and leaves and dirty floating throughout the entire thing. We didn’t even want to get in it. We were also told that there was a airport shuttle and a continental breakfast which were the two main reasons I booked there and once we checked in we were told the shuttle only runs at certain times and non were in the early morning so we couldn’t use that and the breakfast also wasn’t served in the early morning either.
