Clean room,didn't like that there was no small refrigerator or a microwave in the room, house keeping staff was friendly went to use the gym but a sign posted saying not to be in there alone n no attendent to offer help with the machines

Liked the airport shuttle but it took a long time to come. Other hotel shuttles went by twice while I waited 50 minutes. Rooms are rough, hotel needs updating. Smelled a bit funky in my room and the pillows were not comfortable. Staff were friendly.

My wife and I overnight there had to catch a flight early the next morning. To my surprise at 3am the airport shuttle was there to drop us to the airport at 3 am .staff was friendly respectful thank you Ramada .

Loved this property. Cant believe it’s as cheap as it is. Stayed two nights. On-site pub is nice. Pool is nice. Location next door to a McDonalds was convenient. Will definitely stay here again.

The gal working the front desk ( Name beginning with M.......maybe Mariella, Maricella, or close to that, I forgot now ) the night of August 23rd, 2025 when we checked in, was wonderful! She was informative and welcoming! Our stay was great! We loved having the option of shuttle service to the cruise port since the reason of our stay was we were going on a cruise. The restaurant at the hotel had great food and great service! The room we had was noisy being right on the street and so close to the airport, we heard planes the whole time. We knew that upon choosing this hotel but we didn't care so much about that. The location was great and the room was nice!

Decent place to stay waiting to leave the next day for a cruise. Shuttle from airport only runs one time each hour. If you miss it you wait 45 minutes until it shows up again. Not good!
