No elevators, breakfast is $12 a person. I knew it would be loud be next to the airport, but it literally sounded like bombs were going off all night. Stayed for three nights only had housekeeping once Had to go buy our own toilet paper.

a pubic hair stuck to the inside of toilet cover

We arrived around 1 a.m. and checked into room #123. The room was very small, and when I went to the bathroom to take a shower around 2 a.m., I found a pubic hair and other dirt stuck to the inside of the toilet seat cover. It was clear that room #123 had not been cleaned properly. However, since it was very late and my family was exhausted, we didn’t ask to change rooms. My daughter refused to shower in such a dirty bathroom, and my husband, daughter, and I had to cover ourselves with bath towels to sleep because we couldn’t trust that the blankets were clean. Room #123 was also extremely noisy—no one should stay in this room. We will never return to this hotel. If possible, I would give it ZERO stars for its lack of cleanliness. In addition, the shuttle driver was very unfriendly. He didn’t even say goodbye.

Six bags of luggage and 3 people and no elevator!!

I usually don't leave a review, but feel the need to speak up. 1) 2 story building with no working elevator. we had 3 people and six suitcases. The front desk was quick to let us know that there were no working elevators and no rooms available on the 1st floor. No one at the service desk offered to help with the luggage, not the night that we arrive nor the day that we checked out. I actually asked for help and the response was, there was no one to help @ this time. Aslo the shuttle from the aitport never showed, paid 40 for an uber and the next day when they claimed that there were shuttle services from the hotel to the airport,was already 2 crowed and again called for an uber. The employess looked Very nice in their uniforms. (2 nice to help the customers carrie their luggage up a flight of steps. HORRIBEL!!!!!!!!!

For an overnight stay prior to a cruise perfect. The shuttle was clean fast and convenient...i thought i had to wait 30mins to an hour cause i was late, nope 10-15 mins which was great! I recommend check in prior for fast service. Room was clean and smelled nice.
