The staff were nice. Efficient shuttle to cruise port. We did have an issue with the airport shuttle and had to get an Uber to the hotel. We noticed an odor in the room and reported it to staff. It still remained when we returned to the room. They had made up the room per usual but did nothing about the odor.

We arrived at the hotel quite late in the evening. Since there were larger rooms, ours was upgraded and we ended up with two double beds. It's good to know that the shuttle pick up is usually on the hour from the airport, so you may consider organising an Uber.

I recently stayed at the Ramada Inn and had such a great experience! From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was super cozy, and I appreciated how quiet the hotel was—perfect for a good night’s rest. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. I also loved the convenient location; it made getting around the area so easy. Overall, I was very impressed by the cleanliness, service, and value for the price. I’ll definitely be staying at the Ramada Inn again the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!
