Cold shower.

Check in was a bit cold. Front desk personel were luke warm. Not inviting. Requested accessible room with roll in shower, i think the room was spacious, but no handicapped bars, no roll in shower, no bench or seat in shower. That said, i could not shower myself let aline handicapped companion, because the shower had no hot water. The sinks did, so there was not a hot watet heater Issue. The TV did not even turn on. At checkout i informed the desk agent, he wrote it down, and thats it. No apology. To me it seems that the minimal would be

**Not Recommended – Only If You’re Desperate for Airport Proximity** We recently stayed at what has to be the tiniest clean hotel we've ever been in. The *only* positive? It’s close to the airport. That’s it. That’s the entire selling point. If you're looking for anything more—comfort, service, peace, space—look elsewhere. Do **not** stay here for more than one night. One night is already too much. It’s not for long stays. Absolutely *not* for long stays. Just one night—maximum. That’s it. Front desk staff? Unprofessional and incredibly arrogant. The woman at the front barely speaks English, and has zero customer service attitude. Zero. She was rude—even to the kids, who were just playing quietly in the lobby. She snapped at them right in front of us. Completely unacceptable behavior. No warmth, no hospitality. The shuttle? Comes once an hour. Just once an hour. If you miss it, you wait. No exceptions. Either you wait a full hour or you pay for Uber. No flexibility. None. Also—it’s **very** noisy. Constant noise. It's right next to the airport runway, so you hear planes all the time. Morning, afternoon, night—nonstop. You can’t rest properly. Forget peace and quiet. This hotel doesn't know peace and quiet. To make it worse, they even *shove papers and food leaflets* under the door randomly. No knock, no warning—just random junk slipping into your room.

The rooms is mostly clean but there’s no trash cans in the room so others have piled all their trash in front of my hotel door which I had to move to walk in. Most of the lights are not working but the bed is comfortable and clean. Ac works good. It’s close to the airport and you can book a shuttle to cruise port so it serves our needs.

Great pool and outside area! The room was lovely, clean and had a beautiful new bathroom. Staff is friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle runs 24/7 which is so convenient. There is a restaurant and bar on premise. The hotel has a room of vending machines, cappuccino maker and microwaves. I will always stay here when I have a layover at the airport.
