Room was very clean, bed very comfortable, breakfast definitely not worth $12.96. Only issue was the Hispanic guest are noisy.

This property needs some updating and deep cleaning. Carpet and walls were dirty. My bedside table had food from the previous guests. Did not have an elevator. Breakfast was not hot and a typical gree breakfast you get at any hotel but it was not gree. It costs $12.00. There is a McDonalds next door and it would have been better food and probably cheaper. Airport shuttle was fast and the port shuttle was great. Only $14.00 one way. Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable and room was stocked well.

Your site advertised a free breakfast but it was $12 per person. The room was so small that the bathroom door banged into the bathroom sink. There is no elevator and our room was on the second floor.

Everything is as it appears, I really didn't read the description so I was kind of surprised that they had no elevator so I had to log a baby and suitcase up the flight of stairs lol but the best part was the transportation to the cruise port which was the whole point of the booking with that being said I would book again for my next cruise..Also hot water is actually hot
