The bath towel looked like a rag. The phone was not working so i couldn't call the Front desk to complain about the loud TV blasting late at night in the room next door. I had to wait for hours to collect a package even though 2 persons were at the desk. I've stayed here many times. This was one of my worst experiences

Gabriella at the front desk is very accommodating and welcoming. The room was very clean with an updated bathroom. The bed was comfortable with nice bedding. The airport shuttle was very convenient and the driver was friendly. There is a cruise shuttle that is $12/person that is convenient. The price was good and we will be returning when we go on another cruise.

Really good value for the money. Good location and my favorite was the water pressure. REALLY good!!! Comfy mattress. Only complaint which I knew going in was no elevator and of course we had second floor room so taking luggage up and down was annoying.
