Response was poor. I tried to call the hotel for 30 minutes from the hotel. Nobody answered. Only 1 person was working. NO ELEVATOR AND NO HELP WITH THE LUGGAGE

Staff was very courteous. Airport shuttle was on-time and efficient. The common areas were nice, but the entire room was pretty yucky. I guess that it was you get for a $100 airport hotel! Average stay!

It was overall a good budget experience. The price was affordable for the area, there are a restaurant-bar right next to it and a McDonald’s right in front, with a convenience store within two short blocks. They offer affordable breakfast for an additional fee, and complimentary toiletries if you forget your own (great perk!!!). The pool looked really nice, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The shuttle leaves at each hour on the clock and arrives to departures just a few minutes later; they pick up arriving passengers at the MIA departures gates (not arrivals) and you have to make sure to wave to the driver and that they see you, because that airport is a mess. Some negatives were very small bathrooms, my room had just one set of window curtains that didn’t block a lot of light in the day, the AC is somewhat noisy, and you can still hear planes departing. The noise from the AC mostly masked the planes, but I can see how someone with light sleep would have trouble in a room like mine. I could not perceive any other noise from the outside. Good budget experience if you’re not demanding and just spending the night for a layover.

Greater responsiveness to guest concerns can be improved as well as ensuring that cleaning is thorough and comprehensive enough after a previous guest has left. The buffet breakfast can be enhanced/increased so that vegetarians and pescatarians can have options to still have an enjoyable breakfast. I appreciated the hotel location, airport shuttle, onsite restaurant among other things. I will book the hotel again but I will need to be sure that I review carefully so that I select the type of room which have a fridge, microwave etc. as these were important to me and I mistakenly thought the rooms I reserved were equipped with them.
