NO ELEVATOR on premises. Two story hotel, totally unacceptable and an unpleasant surprise upon check in. No indication of this when booking. Phone in room unplugged. Hot water in bathroom took forever to heat up. In room coffee pot defective. Shuttle team helped us with coming down in the morning. Room was immense!

Nothing is wrong. 3 stars given because I wasn't told checkout timings. At 9 AM room cleaner knocked the door for checkout. Luckily i was ready to go to office. Must notify customer during check-in. Other than that all good. Staff is friendly, rooms are nice and clean.

I stayed for a couple of days on business. The room felt a bit outdated, with a worn rug and small ants crawling around the sink faucet. On the positive side, the bed was exceptionally comfortable—I slept really well. The lobby was inviting, and the front desk staff were cordial and professional. It's fine for a short stay of two or three days at most. They have an on-site restaurant, and it's conveniently located near many others.
