When we arrived at approx 645-7pm, the young lady at the desk was very dismissive. After travelling internationally for many hours we just wanted an easy check in. Although I did check in, I asked if she could check us in w/room cards, she simply said we could do it ourselves at the kiosk. I asked her if she could just do it so I didn't have to go through the computer, she rolled her eyes and was very irritated. Also, there are no elevators and had to drag our heavy bags upstairs. This was not expected, as the young lady at the desk just said "no stairs". In a very condesending manner. We asked for recommendations for mexican food, she again was very dismissive and said "nothing around here, you can just uber eats if you are hungry". This person should not be in customer service. The room was clean, very small, but no real issues with the room except for on the second floor with no elevators and this was not mentioned when booking

I was told the airport shuttle came every hour, 10-15 minutes after the hour. I arrived at the shuttle pick-up 10 minutes before the hour, at 11:50. The shuttle didn't come until 2:30. Having a disability, standing out there on the crowded sidewalk constantly looking for the shuttle was very frustrating, exhausting and painful. The shuttle was packed because no one had come for almost 3 hours. I'm glad I did the pre-check-in so I was able to use the kiosk. The lobby was full of all the people on the shuttle and more in line to be checked in, and there was only ONE person at the desk. The room wasn't the cleanest. I spilled some water and dabbed it up with their white towel. The towel became dark brown. Ew. Wear sandals in the room. The room had alot of street noise. The restaurant was nice. The outside pool area looked nice. I didn't eat breakfast. I had an early embarkation and wanted to wait for cruise food. If you want the shuttle van to the port, it's $12. You need to book it no later than two days in advance through System Shuttle Company. They pick you up in the lobby. That was smooth transportation.The vending machines are great. Also they have a vending machine thay has items you may have forgotten. It had baby wipes, pain reliever/fever reducers, other basic meds, sun blocks, hygiene items and some items for pool fun. Prices were very reasonable.

Our room wasn’t available for our check-in time. So we went to eat and and we checked again. After another short wait it was ready. The room was much smaller than the pics online showed. The room should be sold as a boutique hotel room. Lovely pool onsite. Free airport shuttle was good.

This is a cheaper hotel so overall, not too bad. We had to wait to check in as there was no desk clerk present when we arrived. She took two phone calls while checking us in and despite me completing the online check in, it still took 10 minutes. I also note that my personal details and a copy of my ID were left on the unattended front desk (despite Ramada saying that a copy will not be kept at the hotel). Lastly, we were given incorrect directions to our room. Still, it’s not that expensive so I guess you get what you pay for. I’m anticipating my identity being stolen in the very near future.
