The room was ok, but shuttle never came to pick us up at the airport. The front desk girl said on the phone that the shuttle pickups at the airport at the :15's of every hour. I told her prior that I needed a shuttle and she was rude and that it was coming at 9:15. I met another group at the airport who were looking to also go the same Ramada. They were able to have someone answer the phone at the hotel, when I could not. The desk girl told them the shuttle already came by. I was standing out at the pick up point watching for 9:00 pm to 9:25 and the girl knew I needed a a shuttle a hour prior. The shuttle never showed up, she lied and they suck!!

Staff was great, rooms are large and clean. They have a shuttle service you can use to get to the port which we used. The restaurant on site is amazing! We've stayed here twice over the years and will keep going back!

The room was clean, the king size bed was comfortable however the room was so small we could hardly fit our luggage in it. We thought we could a meal in the restaurant attached to the hotel. There would have been a one hour wait and then another hour before we could get food. The only restaurant near by was in a hotel a short walk away. The meal was terrible. I had chosen the hotel because I understood the breakfast was included in the fee I was charged. I was told at the hotel the breakfast was an additional $20.

It was in the low 40's when we stayed at this hotel and they told us they did not have heat in the rooms. we had 4 rooms leaving for a cruise the next day and 2 of the rooms DID have heat. The other 2 were so cold it was horrible!

2 stars for room being clean and free shuttle from the airport, zero stars for… only 2 of the lights out of the 4-5 in the room worked, the bathroom was super tiny, mis informed on transportation to the miami port we had to use Uber, also we assumed breakfast was included as it was not it was additional charge of 12.00 per person, room heater/ac unit would rattle and make awful noises throughout the night making it hard to sleep.
