Nice place to stay.

Great stay, we had family with us and a 1 year old, they got us in a room earlier than expected. It was clean, the water was hot, we left before breakfast, but that looked like it was going to be great too.

I had to move to another room due to shower leakage which could not be fixed. My next room 221, the lavatory sink was clogged; after had it fixed, a sewage smell remained in the room for several hours. I pre-paid my stay via Hoteis.com, the hotel tried to charge my card 04 consecutive times in several amounts as they claimed they could not find the credit order from Hoteis.com. My credit card was blocked for security reasons. Finally, the manager orderer my card to be deleted from their record, to avoid mischarging. What a 03 night nightmare stay.

Great stay, very clean and nice hotel. Breakfast was good and they gave us free snacks and water upon arrival. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but the pillows were and that is my only complaint. I would definitely stay here again!

I love this hotel! Its very clean and the lady at the front desk named Ruth was amazing. Super friendly, helpful and accomodating. Breakfast was good too! There is a free shuttle to and from the airport.
