Very helpful with late or early airline arrivals for checkin. When checkin desk was swamped, the wait was long, staff passed out champagne to us tired travelers!

Beautiful hotel. Welcoming staff. Spacious upgrade to a suite. Sofa bed not so comfortable. Two television sets. Lots of water and beverages. Robe, slippers and all personal items available. Spa and pool was amazing and should be utilized. Food also good. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores.

The property is in a good location. Staff were friendly and attentive. We had a few problems with room ....air conditioning not working, hair dryer not working but staff were quick to fix the problem.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff was extremely professional and courteous. The pool and the access to the Miami Beach area are by far the most convenient and relaxing amenities within the property.
