Everything was excellent except they ran out of washcloths and told us we had to use the large bath towels. We did use them, as I am not a fancy person and was just happy to take a shower after a long flight. I was definitely not upset w/the staff because it wasn't their fault. I was simply a bit surprised that any hotel on Miami beach would not have ample supplies of wash cloths. Otherwise I would have given them 5/5.

The pool needs major updating and painting. The staff was very slow at pool as well. The room was fantastic and housekeeping was wonderful as well. Food was good portions and well prepared. I would definitely stay again!

Great location, friendly staff, amazing food, excellent beachfront chairs and staff, spacious rooms with nice views. Unfortunately the condition of the property is poor and badly in need of renovation. The pool needs work: There is paint peeling everywhere off the pool decks. The bartenders and towel lady were great other staff stood around doing nothing while the water was empty all day. We found it much better to go to the beach and hang out.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Doorman, Federico, was such a friendly face every time you walk in. Rooms were clean and pool and beach access was great! We loved exploring ocean drive at night, but it was always nice to come back to a quiet hotel at the end of the night.
