We have enjoyed staying here many times, but this time they had some issues. Elevator had some difficulties which required staff to "send" the elevator to our floor for leaving. Chair at the desk in our room was "set" at the lowest level and would not adjust to a higher position. Other then that, this place is superb!!

The staff and management are horrible. Charged me twice for room. When I asked for assistance with it the manager via phone yelled at me stating i can’t have his number… the staff called him on her phone. I asked for his boss contact information he wouldn’t give it to me. Said he would look into it at 8am when he came in. I have to leave by 8 am. He said he probably wouldn’t be in until 830-9. At check in I told staff I had paid via Orbitz. She said it didn’t matter and charged by card for another xxx without telling me. This place is filthy dirty. Bathroom mirror hasn’t been cleaned in months. I had to wear shoes in shower. DONT STAY HERE!

Our stay was going really well until I noticed ants coming up out of the heater vent. Went to inform front desk of situation and was told there was nothing they could do!!! Not even a let me switch you to another room so you feel comfortable fix….I spoke with the GM this morning and he was very apologetic and said he would give a discount on my stay, so we shall see. Spent most the night continuing to check the ant issue and killing what I saw.Other than that everything was ok.

At check-in there wete issues with the guest that were currently checking in, multiple rooms, unruly kids, just very needy people. The lady at registration remained very professional and kind to them. Very impressed with her Marta M. Was her name

You could definitely tell that this was an older Hampton, but it was still clean and well capped. There was a Biggby coffee within walking distance so that was nice. Breakfast was the usual; as expected. The only thing that was off was our reception. We are diamond members and the desk attendant checking us in was rather flustered and out of sorts. Could have been because the guest in front of us was having an issue with his reservation, but we were not acknowledged as diamond members. Usually we are offered water and a snack, but nothing was acknowledged or offered. Otherwise, it was a good stay and served our purpose.
