The hotel was very humid, aside from my actual room. The air felt stale and muggy in the hallways, and it was well over 90 outside, so you rushed to get into the AC in your own room.

the staff was not pleasant and we had to give a 24 hour notice to get our room cleaned and there is no notice that we needed to give a 24 hour notice until we ask for cleaning then you are told. We had no hangers in the room and were trold they didnt have any extra hangers.

Not the cleanest….

Disappointing stay for work. Kids screaming in the hall til late. The gym lacked wipes, towels, water. That means no machines were wiped down. Pool was not open. Room still had trash from previous occupant, the hairdryer bag was filthy and the coffee maker was filthy. See pics attached. The bathroom smelled like a urinal. Oh and the outside door was not secure! Bed was comfy, liked the scent of bath products.

Try elsewhere

$5 per day for parking in a lot that was not close to being full. Holiday and then weekend so zero room service, zero cleaning anywhere, no one to empty garbage, with limited staff for 3 days. By the time we left the elevator had garbage and cigarette butts in it and the outside cans were overflowing. Only saw one employee at front desk. Go to front desk for towels or anything else you need because no one available to help. We’ve stayed before and it was not like this. Will go elsewhere next time.
