Walls are thin, you can hear everything. A car was blasting music for hours in the parking lot, the staff said "they couldn't do anything about it because it's not in the building", which is BS. Phone in room to call the desk was dead, heater in room was so loud we shut it off. Broken toilet paper dispensers in lobby bathroom. Will not come back here.

We ended up leaving two hours into staying at this hotel because there was a group of 20 plus people who were screaming, fighting, and pushing people into our door. We did not feel safe here and decided to leave after police had to be called due to the degree of the fight.
