We came in late and no one was at the desk. When we got to our room, the couch had disgusting stains on it. Finally, we booked the hotel to extend out vacation one day and use the hot tub. Both the pool and hot tub were closed for repair.

SpringHills Suites Hotel is great for families, and the location is very convenient with many restaurants nearby. The only things I didn’t like were the limited breakfast variety and the pool — the hot tub pool and the pool water was too cold in the winter, so we couldn’t really enjoy it.
