The first room we were give was awful. There was construction being done to the building and our room had what seems to be an air mattress on the bed and the windows to the balcony was covered with plastic. We had no visibility to the beach and the door was sealed shut to the balcony. We returned to guest services with our concerns. We were please with the results, after we discussed our problems with our room and guest services were able to give us another room. The replacement room was much better.

The unit we ultimately were placed in did not match description as booked (ground floor to beach). We were on the second, and no indication pool was being renovated & unuasable. Based on logistics of property, there is no way we could access beach. The phot relied on when booking was deceptive. Condo wasn’t terrible, but could be better maintained. Beach club was nearby but so-so in quality & usable pool overcrowded & too small. The resort was well maintained. Registration could be improved.

Room needs rehab but the resort is excellent

The resort was great but the condo that we saw online was not the one we stayed in. It wasn't a condo it was a hotel room from vintage 90's. Seager's was amazing and was a throw back to when eating out was dinning. The food was the best I have had in a long time and the service was superb.

By far the worst property I have stayed at in history from the time we got there we did not receive the room we paid for we where just put in a small room when I paid for a double room then all kinds of construction work is going on there was nowhere at this property to park and reason being is because a lot of parks were filled by either contractor work equipment or the property golf buggy’s not to add when we got the elevator the smell was unbearable smelled like mildew this was just by far the worst place ever I would not recommend anyone take there family here not even just to visit

It was a beautiful surrounding property and well maintained. Unfortunately our condo had no vent fan in the bathroom, no do not disturb sign, we were told it would be a fine if we reached out for room cleaning and there was a broom but no dustpan, a Dustbuster but it was dead and no charger. and the latch on the balcony was broken and I got stuck on the balcony twice. The first time I called the operator and someone had to let me in, the second time for over 45 minutes because I didn’t have my phone and had to flag someone down that was just walking by to help me. I reached out to the front desk and operator and they said it would be fixed the next day on day one. On day five when we left it still wasn’t fixed, and no one reached out about it. The people working on the property were pleasant. The view was stunning and I loved being able to rent the bikes. I was staying at Bayside rm 6672

I wish communication would have been stronger for instance. We didn’t know how to work our TVs. We couldn’t figure out the cable versus streaming. We didn’t know where our towels were. We didn’t know more towels were coming because of the washing machine our fans didn’t mark and although they did send someone over quickly we never got a response from management about them not working the entire time. Our room was clean and neat and comfortable to stay in. I think that a good job was done there.
