The breakfast is perticularly great and the hotel public area as well as room are very clean and maintained well. Hotel staff is friendly and I got some restaurant recommendation information from a friednly staff.

There were kids running up and down the hallway and extremely loud. I reached out to the front desk and nothing was done about it. The staff when we checked in was rude. We will not stay here again nor will we recommend this hotel.

The gentlemen, there was cleaning the restrooms, was very rude to my children, and says racial remarks as going up to the elevator there was no sign of the restroom being close just a wet sign up and throw the the broom in a cart as he went up the elevator it was a old black male

I usually stay at the Springhill in Temecula which is very nice, kept up, clean and great breakfast. This one here in Mobile Alabama is not even close to being the same. Lacks in every way.
