Paid for the room upfront through Expedia. Arrived, was made to pay an $100 deposit at check in that was never mentioned on any part of Expedia’s website. The lady at the desk was super rude, and acted like she was annoyed to even check me in. I proceed to give her my card for deposit. She then charges me again for the room, not deposit, then runs my card for $120, not $100. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get the money back I was wrongfully charged for, and also for a security deposit that was never mentioned on the Expedia website that was due at time if stay.

Got my money back and left room was not cleaned at all from last guest manager was argumentitive when comfronted about it saying matanance was just in there witch was the same thing they told another guest about there air conditioning not working
