Room was pretty clean and they brought us firewood for our fireplace every night we were there:) really liked that it was quiet and private. It wasn’t too fancy but it was really comfortable and enjoyable and they provided the essentials I must have my coffee in the morning and it was provided as well as a fridge for our travel snacks. Best part is the park access! Half of us camped out at the Pfeifer campground and half stayed at the lodge and it was really nice to be able to do that.

The location of the Lodge was perfect, we are already planning to go again. Room was spotless, loved having bottled water and electric kettle for morning coffe, this was a plus for me. We had dinner at their restaurant, I ordered a burger an it was great. However my husband's was subpar, he had the chicken and rice plate, it seems they were short staffed on the resturant and its understandable that things will take time, but in terms of quality there is room for improvement.

The cabin-rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. It's in a great location for what I wanted to do. The desk clerk said the internet was only available at the club house. But I received internet perfectly in my room. Lots of hiking in the Pfeiffer State park and close to the access road to the Pfeiffer State Beach. The room rates were very reasonable for the area.
