My wife and I arrived at the hotel to check in during the check in window, and there was no one there to assist. No employee and the lobby was locked hours before it was supposed to close. We attempted to call their provided phone number 10 times with no response each time. We were left in the barely lit parking lot without an idea what we were supposed to do. We also weren’t the only ones, a pair of gentlemen were there around the same time as us and were also left stranded. Terrible service and attention to detail on this hotels part. I don’t understand how this hotel is rated anything above one star.

The property has been updated & is nice but we found clumps of hair still on the shower wall, on the bathroom wall & bathroom counter. The room seemed to be clean but it didn’t leave a good feeling that it was. By the time we saw it the office was closed & we left before it opened so they weren’t given the opportunity to fix it.

Room was very clean. Aesthetics is modern and minimalist which is perfect for our one night stay. Check-in was easy. We were freezing when we arrived but the heater did its job quickly. Only downfall was I Wish I read the reviews about this place being on a busy street. Sirens and loud motorcycles throughout the night. I could hear every single car passing by and we’re not even in a room closest to the street. Walls are fairly thin, I could hear other people’s conversations through the walls when they’re talking loud enough. For the price we paid though, I think it’s a good deal.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and free parking... will definitely stay here again!! A few things to note: 1. check in happened closer to 4pm as my room wasn't ready at 3pm check-in but not too big of a deal as I was traveling solo. 2. They also allowed me to extend my stay by one night without having to switch rooms which i really appreciated. 3. very thin walls so you can hear your neighbors/outside and if anybody runs outside the building shakes a bit but also was not a super big deal for me. 4. Bathroom was extremely clean but shower towels were very small and they did not provide a bar of soap so I had to go buy one. Overall, I recommend staying here! The pros outweighed the cons!
