The room is clean and spacious. We stay here often to visit my son at CSU Monterey and choose this hotel for the price point and the clean spacious rooms. It is a nice, simplistic, quiet hotel. I like the complimentary coffee machine downstairs where you can make a flavored latte or cappucino.
