Housekeeper was extremely difficult and unfriendly for no reason. The front desk crew were nice and accomodating. Beware! This hotel charges arando q50 dollar deposit on top of all the rates and fees. You will get it back only upon checkout and then it will take almost a week for it to show back up in your account. This deposit is Non Negotiable and you will not be allowed to check in unless you add that to your register. It was a bit extreme and there are many other hotels that do not charge any kind of deposit, so choose wisely. The room was okay but it was not very clean. The freezer in the fridge didnt work at all and there were a bunch of teens on some group excursion yelling and screaming and running from room to rooms with doors open all night. Curtains had to be clipped closed with my hair clips or everything is able to be seen from anywhere outside
Window locks were broken and had to put a fan in the window to cool down very humid room (temps were in the 60s so no reason room should be so humid and warm). Place is ok, but deposit and angry housekeeper will likely have us choosing a better hotel in the future. Average review. 3 stars.
