Housekeeper was extremely difficult and unfriendly for no reason. The front desk crew were nice and accomodating. Beware! This hotel charges arando q50 dollar deposit on top of all the rates and fees. You will get it back only upon checkout and then it will take almost a week for it to show back up in your account. This deposit is Non Negotiable and you will not be allowed to check in unless you add that to your register. It was a bit extreme and there are many other hotels that do not charge any kind of deposit, so choose wisely. The room was okay but it was not very clean. The freezer in the fridge didnt work at all and there were a bunch of teens on some group excursion yelling and screaming and running from room to rooms with doors open all night. Curtains had to be clipped closed with my hair clips or everything is able to be seen from anywhere outside Window locks were broken and had to put a fan in the window to cool down very humid room (temps were in the 60s so no reason room should be so humid and warm). Place is ok, but deposit and angry housekeeper will likely have us choosing a better hotel in the future. Average review. 3 stars.

Friendly staff. Extreme $150 deposit to prevent pets and smoking. That's great! They advertise a pool through photo and written description available from April to October. I try to swim every day, so that's why I chose their hotel. But their pool is broke and shut. So not available when advertised. Everything else was good.

Inconvenience and hot !

TV didn't work, had to change rooms and no downstairs available. Room keys cards had to charged everyday. What a inconvenience . No AC . Pay more stay somewhere else !

I guess the easiest way to say it is you get what you pay for. The website said it had air conditioning but upon check-in it was discovered that that was inaccurate and the response from the front desk was “oops, we’ll have to get that changed” but didn’t offer money back or anything else. Next day the shower didn’t work. The staff was able to get it to work, but the temperature fluctuated so badly that it was a very disappointing shower. Overall, not a great experience.

Room was clean. Draw back property was close to the airport and could be noisy at times. Property was also close to the fairgrounds which is good if you’re going to the fair. Property was also an older property. Pool was not usable. And had a sign on the gate. I’m guessing it needed some repairs. All in all. If you’re looking for a cheaper hotel in decent shape. This is for you. Believe me I’ve seen worse.
