The room they gave us had black hair all over the sheets when we turned the covers down. The room was freezing cold and would not heat up. They gave us another. Clean sheets this time but room remained cold the entire night. It was 25 degrees outside and we would have been just as warm if we pitched a tent and slept outside. I am not exaggerating.

No cable throughout the building. Toilet bowl was making noise all night. Fire alarm went off at 3am. And breakfast was a choice of packets of Quaker oatmeal, 3 different cereals, 5 blueberry bagels, and yogurt. And let’s not forget the receptionist’s daughter walking around barefoot as if she was at home.

Pros: Easy check-in, nice exterior appearance. Cons: Numerous maintenance and safety issues. The bathroom had broken floor tiles and a loose shower rod that caused water to spill. Critically, there was no smoke detector in the room, just hanging wires. The refrigerator was so loud it had to be unplugged to sleep, the TV had no channels, and the bathtub dripped continuously. To top it off, a loud argument outside my room went on from 3 to 4:30 am, and the front desk was unreachable. I would not recommend staying here due to the poor conditions and lack of staff response.
Shower curtain rod pulling out of the wall, so curtain would only cover the small area pictured.
Tried to show the drip, but I think the black mold around the fixtures is even more telling.

The front door to the building is hanging open, so it does not feel very secure or safe. When I walked by the lobby at midnight and again early in the morning, there was nobody there to view visitors. The room was okay. The bathroom floor was very sticky - I put towels down so I didn't have to walk on it.

towels were stained and looked like they have never been replaced... no turn down service for multiple night stay. Toilet lid would not stay up as it hit the countertop that is pulled away from the wall. Soiled towels were left in the hallway for multiple days. Would NOT recommend a stay here.

The room was basically next to the lobby - door to room barely shut (light shining in) - bottom of tub had a hole that they tried to fix - foot almost fell through it - water came out of the bathroom faucet in a trickle - frig making noises all night - pillows and mattress horrible - I have photos - would like a refund - would never stay here again.
