Awful experience all around

We were not served well at all. We reserved two prepaid rooms for July 10 and then the hotel refused to honor the reservation. We had to pay for each room, twice. Also, the person at the front desk was rude to my husband, and wouldn’t answer the phone when I or the booking agent tried to call.

Check in took forever. They charged us $150.00 deposit in case we damage or steal anything. They ended up withdrawing $450. Staff didn’t know how to fix it. Had to call credit card machine company to get it fixed. Husband spilt tea on floor accidentally and used a towel to clean it up instead of leaving it. They charged us $25. Lots of homeless. Food and coffee was cold. Staff wouldn’t let us talk to Nancy.

The room was very clean the beds and pillows were horrible and the Ada pool lift didn't work properly big problem when u have a disabled child the even staff was friendly the morning male clerk was very rude and unprofessional
