The Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. They ran out of hard boiled eggs the first day and the second morning they ran out of milk and OJ. Nothing was offered hot, other than the toaster.

The in-room HVAC unit was confusing to operate leading to uncomfortable temperatures that were too cold or warm and stuffy. Operating instructions nearby would have been helpful. More, a window that could be opened to let in fresh air to accompany the beautiful view would have made the stay spectacular.
