What a nice and convenient stay. One of the best designed rooms I’ve ever been in. Especially the low lights that come on if you have to get up in the night. Even the view out the window was of a lovely garden. The dining options were great too and in the morning we were just steps away from the flight check in. Definitely will use this hotel again!

We had to cancel the room due to travel delays from the United States and the hotel absolutely refused to let us cancel the room... I understand we booked a non refundable accommodation, but to be so inflexible and not even offer a hotel credit is very disappointing. Never Hilton again!

The hotel could not have been more convenient for a morning flight. It was clean, bed was comfortable, room was essentially soundproof (didn’t hear noisy jets), and the location was lively.

Super disappointing amenities for such an expensive hotel. Crappy instant coffee and no drinking glasses. A lame excuse that they didn’t provide since Covid due to the risk for sickness--but they did provide ceramic coffee cups. That makes no sense-so then it was that they try not to use so much plastic.
