I have stayed at this property before. It is a clean, affordable place to stay in an area that is very close to shopping, dining, & local attractions. This place is seriously outdated and can be seen throughout in areas like the carpeting, the ceiling, the fixtures. Despite that, it is kept very clean. My only complaint is that I received a knock on my door shortly after checking in around 4 in the afternoon and it was a "man" with a clipboard claiming to need to check and measure the windows. I did not let him in as I was preparing to get on a zoom call for work, but this made me uneasy. It could have been legitimate, but the hotel attendant should have notified guests that this would be occurring for safety purposes.

We've stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times now and the staff is very friendly. The hot breakfast is above average and the "Breakfast Lady" in charge is wonderful. We'll probably be back next summer at this well-maintained property.

The parking area had no security, was open to the main street without hindrance. Facility was very good. Plumbing was a problem. The shower did not drain and water covered the bathroom floor. The sink barely drained. The personnel were friendly and cooperative.

The only thing with this property was the rooms that have been renovated, weren't ENTIRELY renovated! LOL! The pillows and beds were really comfortable, the room smelled clean. The bathroom door was old, not painted and had obvious signs of someone trying to get into it, as it locks accidentally when you close the door. We accidentally locked it, too and had to call the front desk to have someone open it. Turns out, it opens with a paper clip. They need to replace that door! Other than that, the staff was super helpful and very nice! They had breakfast bags to go for us (business trip, had to leave early), and fresh towels when we needed them. I will definitely stay here again next year.

Very dirty sink was backing up to another room refrigerator was not working cockroaches dead and alive on the floor of the second room as well. I have a refund receipt from the manager that could not accommodate me any further why all the other rooms were booked!!!

Gross. Couldn’t even sleep on the comforter. Shower was dirty. Room was just gross, carpet gross, wore flip flops even in shower. The room was just wet with humidity. Stay somewhere else trust me
