This newly updated unit is located on the 16th floor of the Patricia Grand Resort and new king bed with loveseat sleeper! Not one, but TWO oceanfront balconies to enjoy the best views at the Resort! Don't start your vacation standing in line at the registration counter either, go straight to your room with your own unique door code and start enjoying your stay!
This unit welcomes respectful owners and their small pets also. Resort has 20 lb maximum for guest's dogs, with a 2 dog maximum per room. NOTE: City of Myrtle Beach restricts beach access for pets between Memorial day and Labor day to before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm. There is a small park next to the resort that welcomes pet as well.

Perfect for a small family

We loved the location and the size was just right for our family of 3 and a small puppy. Well priced! Tom was extremely fast to respond to questions prior to our trip, and was very accommodating when we had to move our arrival date to a day sooner than originally planned. The code to get in was sent to us earlier than expected which worked out great and it was very clean upon arrival. The parking deck across the street from the condo was really convenient- although very tight to move around for our truck (we were grateful for spots around the back for oversized vehicles). Loved that it was pet friendly - there is a nice grassy spot to the left side of the building for potty time (we did step in some poo at one point, but mostly other guests were respectful about their pick up responsibility). We had no problems with noise or temperature control. The smart TV was great. The pools/hot tubs were nice and never too crowded. We wished there was some type of air flow on the elevators, and had some trouble flushing the toilet all the way a few times. Altogether, this was a FANTASTIC spot for us and we had a great time! Great memories. Thanks so much for having us.

Great location! Perfect walk to the beach! Clean, as pictured! Can’t say enough good about this property. The entire resort was a little older but this condo was updated/in great condition! Overall, the resort had nice facilities! Would stay here again!

Perfect little getaway

Honestly, there is nothing to complain about with the condo. The host is very responsive and helpful. Our stay was better than we imagined, with breathtaking views, privacy, and a full kitchen with all the accessories we needed. The indoor pool and hot tubs made the rainy day as much of a vacation as the sunny days! 10/10 would want to stay again.

Dream Solo Vacation

I wanted a relaxing solo vacation where i could see the beach, take walks, and relax. This was absolutely perfect! The 2 balconies had amazing views. I could actually sit in bed and see the beach & the ocean and feel the ocean breeze. The last night i enjoyed fireworks on the beach from the comfort of my bed. Great vacation!!

Very Comfortable Unit

Great location; beautiful views w/two balconies; easy access to the beach; very peaceful, not able to hear dogs barking or kids playing while in unit. Easy check in/out. Owner is very responsive. It’s my new Happy Place and hope to return for a longer stay!
