Spectacular End Unit Penthouse!

Tämä upea huoneisto on kadun toisella puolella rannan sisäänkäynnin. Se on North End -yksikkö ylimmässä kerroksessa, josta on upeat näkymät Meksikonlahdelle, Delnoir Wiggins Passin osavaltion puistoon, Fort Myersiin, Sanibel-saariin ja Wiggins Pass -kanavaan. Tämä huoneisto on kaksi makuuhuonetta, kaksi kylpyhuonetta, jotka on vastikään sisustettu kaunein kalusteet ja arvioinnit. Se on uusi kääntyvä keinutuoli hänen wrap around lanai nauttia yli näköinen henkeäsalpaavat näkymät.

Makuuhuoneessa on upouusi Tommy Bahama Lexington king size makuuhuone asettaa ja kaunis liinavaatteet. Makuuhuone avautuu eteen lanai. On walkin komerot ja vasta kalustettuja kylpyhuoneita. Keittiöalue on myös tyylikäs ja mukava. Kaikki lisävarusteet kotona ovat mukana. Se on Keurig-kahvinkeitin, valtava jääkaappi ja uudet Mikasa-astiat.

Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, jotka voidaan siirtää yhdessä pareille, jotka haluavat käpertyä tai jotka voidaan erottaa singleille. Myös yksityinen lanai toinen makuuhuone, jossa on itä ja panoraama pohjoinen näkymä venesatamaan ja kanavat. Kaikki huonekalut ovat myös upouusi.

Kadun toisella puolella on Delnoir Wiggins State Park -ranta. Pysäköinti ei ole ongelma, koska yksikössä on kaksi paikkaa ja se on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta. On suuri uima-allas, tenniskenttiä ja Chickee kota ulkona grilli nautintoa. Rantatuolit ja pyyhkeet alue tarjotaan myös.

Sijainti on ihanteellinen, koska se on muutaman minuutin päässä monista ostosalueista, teattereista ja ravintoloista. Tämä huoneisto on kaikki ylellisyys ja mukavuudet upea rentouttava loma!

Beautiful setting just across the street from Vanderbilt beach. Stunning views of the gulf with comfortable and spacious accommodations. Great amenities both in the condo and exterior with pool and tennis/pickleball. Wonderful location what’s not to like!

Gorgeous Condo

It was such a dream stay. The condo is beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. A very quick walk to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach. Very short drives to amazing restaurants and shopping. The complex has a beautiful pool right on the inland waterway where we saw a dolphin one day and a turtle the next. Two balconies give you views of the water from all angles. The comfortable furniture on the balcony was perfect for watching the sunset. Owners are incredible and super helpful with any inquiries and were great in advance of our stay.

We really enjoyed this clean, well stocked and beautiful 9th floor condo. The comfy swivel rocking chairs on the terrace were our favorite spot! Great location, great views and right across the street from the beach. The hosts were both responsive and kind. Hope to stay here again in the future!

Lovely spot in Naples

We loved our stay in Vanderbilt Landings. The condo was well appointed, had everything we needed for an 11 day stay and you won’t believe how comfortable the bed was. Tom and Karen were super great hosts. Available whenever we needed them which was only once, but checked in often. We liked the location because there is a great, safe 3 mile walk easily accessible. All in all a lovely place we hope to be back.

Beach Paradise

Beautiful condo in a perfect location.

Absolute everything about this condo is perfect! The location is wonderful- a 2 minute walk to the beach; owners are very responsive and and don’t everything they can to make sure your experience is perfect. The condo was well stocked with necessities, including beach towels, chairs, etc. The condo is within a few minute drive to restaurants,Tin City, Naples Zoo. The condo is beautiful, with lovely furnishings, beautiful views of the Gulf and Bay, gorgeous pool, tennis pickle ball and bocce ball courts. Something for everyone!
