The resort is excellent. The areas are very clean and pretty. The people are very friendly. The only bad thing is that the pool closes at 6 pm. There is no way to enjoy it because the travel packages to the beaches around arrive at 6 pm or later. There is no way to enjoy the pool.

The stay was very good. We were upgraded to a larger suite with a balcony and water view which was very nice. The room itself was not properly cleaned when we arrived which was disappointing but to avoid further delays I did not communicate this to the front desk so I have to be transparent about that. We found open water bottles in the mini bar and candy wrappers under the bed as well as the toilet being dirty in the bathroom. Other than that the room was fine in terms of cleanliness. Another thing we did not like was that the sliding door to the balcony did not close properly. Even when locked there was a gap between the doors so if someone on the outside wanted to open the door they could easily slip something between the doors and unlatch the lock so every night we were tying the door latch with string so that it could not be slipped open. The hotel itself was very safe and we didn’t feel unsafe at any point, but you can never be too careful and we felt this was disappointing in terms of personal safety in the room. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. The pool was very clean and pleasant to use, the buffet breakfast and dinner were SO delicious and we always found something new to try every morning and night. The buffet area was kept incredibly clean with consistent supervision from staff. We also utilized the spa and had a pleasant and relaxing experience. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay despite the downsides I described.

Absolutely loved the pool, the lobby, the balcony from our room! I found the room big with a hot shower, safe and 2 large beds, large TV. My husband would say the room needed a slight redo in paint, and a bit of cleaning (front door had hand prints, AC vent had chipped paint) etc and I can say I don't disagree. All in all the room was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly even to us NY'ers struggling to speak Portuguse. The pool staff, buffet staff, lobby staff were all so friendly. Only gripe for me was: the unavailability of quick sandwiches, salads, etc. Maybe being americans we are used to that... To pick up a quick lunch for the room to enjoy without the formality was almost impossible. You have to go through room service (which is great don't get me wrong, but for every day it's too formal), the buffet or the malta &/or pool service. Room service didn't work for us with the QR code so we had to keep going down to order. They have the room in this expansive resort, would be nice to just grab a drink, sandwich, coffee, or sandwich (for those traveling w/ kids) to go. The resort is about a 10 minute taxi ride at least from the main shopping, eating out area. So, although great that it's far away the convince of quick meals to go wasn't offered. And that is tough for families used to being able to grab a quick bit without room service. But a wonderful stay and lovely resort! We stayed for 8 days. From NY USA. Long flight to get here!!

Quinta vez que me hospedo lá com minha família,gosto muito do hotel, agora ainda mais com o sistema All inclusive,tendo uma ressalva quanto ao cardápio ainda ter alguns itens que não fazem parte do All inclusive, em todo hotel que vou all inclusive tudo do cardápio faz parte, outro ponto a melhorar seria cobrir a parte do bar da piscina para que dias de chuvas não molhe ninguém, sem termos outra opção de ficar sem se molhar próximo a piscina,seria muito bom também prolongar o horário do bar do lobby para que os hóspedes que optam em ficar no hotel , ter essa opção de ficar até mais tarde tomando drinks e petiscando e conversando, onde o intuito de quem vai para um hotel All inclusive é aproveitar o máximo as dependências do hotel , as 23 horas a gente fica sem opção de ter o que fazer no hotel, pois tudo fecha ( outros hotéis All inclusive têm opções até as 3 da manhã) espero que revejam isso , muitas pessoas lá falavam essa mesma coisa, estávamos em 20 pessoas e comemorando um aniversário, então teria sido mais perfeito essa opção de ficar até mais tarde se divertindo. Hotel maravilhoso!! Espero na próxima vez ter essas melhorias Uma atenção especial para todos os garçons do hotel !!! São excepcionais!!!

Quarto limpo, ótima localização. O único inconveniente é a equipe insistindo pra assistir palestra pra participar do clube. Chega a ser desconfortável e se torna um motivo de não voltar a rede.
