It was a very easy check in and out, we were able to get in the room early for a fee but so worth it to take a nap after the drive there and before the wedding we were attending! Would surely stay here again!

I loved the overall design of the resort

Made reservations online stated centennial breakfast… called front desk asked what does it start they said they don’t! Offer it 😒:) Online said check in time was 3:00PM. Called the front desk day before arrival and they said 4:00PM The bath tube was extremely slippery dangerously no skid resistant. The large dresser front left leg was visibly broken… the site was on point . The whirlpool had to have the front desk come turn on the sauna wasn’t hot maintenance had to come and…the tube is not a garden style too small to take a soaking bath in not big in size 185lbs

We were in the area visiting family. The property is beautiful, the staff were very nice. The room had a few issues, shower made loud noise, refrigerator didn't work but was replaced promptly. We had coffee pods in the room but no water to make the coffee. The elevator out of service the day before our departure which caused me and my 71 year old sister to carry our heavy luggage down a flight of stairs. There was a fishing tournament and a wedding for the weekend so we kind of felt neglected.

Almost perfect

We had an amazing stay. The venue was remarkable and beautiful. The room was clean, the restroom was clean, the showers were hot and the ac/heater worked excellent. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. The young lady at the welcome desk was very pleasant. The only thing that fell short was the service and quality at the club restaurant. The waitress was very new an inexperienced. She also wasn't very good under pressure. We gave her grace and were very understanding, but that portion of the night was a let down. We paid our bill and moved into the bar area and did get better service, however, the bartender had to keep disappearing to help the waitress with her tables. I was not impressed with the quality of the food for the price paid, but I will give it another try on my next visit.

Why, why, why

I really don't know why I keep staying at this hotel, I guess because of convience. However, everytime I stay there, there is always a problem, last time the tub would not drain, this time no hot water. Giving it the Wyndam name hasn't made a difference in how outdated the hotel is. I wont say I will never stay here again but I will look for other places first from now on.
