"I was supposed to stay over night, but when i got to hotel it was completely dark. No cars or anything next to hotel, i called to their customer service. No answer, but they called back in few minutes. First tried to find my booking, after i sended my receipt they found it. I was told that there is mistake, and hotel is overbooked and my booking needs to be cancelled. I was standing alone around 18 at front door, nobody else there. I was promised that i get refund and after two weeks nothing has happened."
