What did we like? Everything! It was the most amazing hotel I have ever been in. And I have traveled the world. Not a thing was out of order. Friendly staff. Immaculate rooms, hallways, even the staircase was wallpapered and lite with beautiful lights. Staff was exceptional. Can rave enough about it.

The room was clean not spotless, staff was excellent. The only disappointment was there was no place to get a drink after 11. My brother got married and we all went up to the rooftop bar at 10:30 And by 10:45 she was not serving anyone. We wanted to have a few drinks and hang out longer and that was not an option. Downstairs bar was closed as well. The bride and groom should have been told so their guests weren’t left without a place to hang out and have a few drinks together.

Broken handle on the door to our terrace, Nespresso machine was not working properly, the water was foamy white from the faucet (no cold water), the electrical in the room was wonky and left side of the entire room was shorted out. The staff were mostly clueless. The entire hotel was dusty and light fixtures had cobwebs. The restaurant I would liken to overpriced banquet hall food. Would not recommend this place at all.

My only comment regarding the stay is the parking. The parking is not really available other than the valet service given the property being next to the water body. It would help to know that so that guests just elect to valet car. I had not idea that there was no other parking and was driving in pitch blackness trying to assess what was to be assumed, all cars need to valet for parking.

The property was stunning and the decor was beautiful. The valet service was the best I have yet to experience. Our dining experience was excellent and the server and meals were great. I would highly recommend this property if staying in the area.

Location beautiful. Front desk amazing and all the staff in the hotel. Room spacious on the river side with a balcony. Very clean and quiet after 1030pm on a saturday night (there was a wedding) within walking distance to main street new hope. only negative would be parking is limited and takes time for valet to retrieve and take cars when busy . however valet staff excellent!!
