The room I had ordered a king size bed they gave me a ( handicap ) It was just a place to stay. No amenities technically , except for an incomplete continental breakfast… I needed some ice the machine had a broken sign on it, I saw a bedbug running on my mattress she crushed it . I am going to post the bloody stain later. I was very unhappy during my stay, I call the front desk to express my concerns the Guy hung up the phone , I went downstairs he called the cops .Now, I am going to call the Marriot Headquarter to complaint about this incident, Spring Hill suites by Marriot in waterfront CT . I normally stay at the ; Fairfield inn by Marriot they are very nice, I learned my lesson.
That was the bedbug bloody stain on my bed.

As always, our stay at this hotel was great! We always use an accessible room. The accommodations are spot on. It's conveniently located near both Connecticut College and the US Coast Guard Academy. The hotel pool and complementary breakfast are icing on the cake!

I’d stay there again

I enjoyed the little extras like the hot chocolate and coffee bar when we arrived. I had to get in the room a little early and it was no problem. The breakfast in the morning was great and the staff were friendly
