Wallpaper was held up by thumbtacks, lots of (what looked like water) damage to the ceiling, water didn’t get hot & pressure wasn’t great. Funny smell in the hallway. Glad we were only there for 1 night.

The property was great. Expedia screwed up tho. We had to change our check in date and they did not update the property so we had to switch rooms among other things. I’m thankful for the staff as they did great.

This property is great that it is very close to the airport and very close if you need to drop off your rental car. It is a nice and clean hotel and rooms were spacious. The challenge with this property is because it is so close to the airport it is very loud when airplanes are taking off and landing. Also, there was a miscommunication between their nighttime staff and the day staff the next day. As a result, they did not know who was in the room and came and tried to enter our room two times without knocking. They also told us the wrong time for breakfast upon check-in so we missed it the next morning. The front staff person in the morning did her best to help us get some breakfast, but it was quite alarming to have people trying to enter your room unannounced at 7 and 7:30 in the morning. Nice, clean and convenient - service needs some work!

Nice hotel overall but did have some cons. We flew in and stayed the night before leaving for a cruise. It was LOUD because it was by airport so I was woken up by airplanes. Water did not get warm in the shower. Other than that the stay was nice. Room and hotel was clean. Small but good breakfast. We landed at 12:00 am and their airport shuttle still came and got us. Staff were exceptionally nice and welcoming (even at 12:00 am!) I would recommend for a quick stay or if you need to be by airport as the shuttle service was convenient, but not sure I’d stay longer than a night or two.
