Staff was friendly. I liked that they were checking for cards to get into the motel. You also need a key card to get to the room floor. Honestly my only complaint was the floor in our room was sticky. I had stuck my foot in something at the edge of the bed. That was gross. My rating is based on the fact it’s great location. I didn’t think the noise was to bad for being next to bourbon. Nothing my white noise didn’t cover. All the events were in walking distance. So we could run back and use our restroom. For a party scene I would say this was a good place to stay. I just took the one star because the rooms gross floor. The b da were also really comfortable.

We checked into the room, there was a can of alcoholic beverage left by someomeone and the commode was broken (the seat was extremely loose.) We were moved to another room, opened the window (only to finc a liquor cap was on the window pane.) Neither of these rooms were cleaned. The alarm went of twice causing us to be evacuated to the exits on the floor (of course no reason why, no elevator use, false alarm), woke up to cold water (due to busted pipe (this was eventually repaired). I requested clean towels for four people, they were never brought up (i saw the housekeeper in the hallway and requested towels from her, she stated for two minutes how that was not her room.) She eventually handed them to me. I would give a zero rating, but it was not a choice.

Room was dirty with cheese-its by the bed. Moldy caulking in bathroom. No toilet paper on roll, and a huge bag of garbage on one side of door all night and huge bag of dirty linnen on the other side of door all night. My bed linnen was clean but had some nasty stains that made me question it. Peeling paint on ceilings. I have stayed here twice previously and had decent rooms.
