Everything was great except there was a lot of noise from the street. They did double insulate the old windows with a layer of plexiglass which I am assuming was an attempt to cut out some noise. I would ask for a room away from the street if possible.

The personnel were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was in excellent condition. Although the area outside the hotel is not the best environment, the facility is in a perfect location for events, such as the Madrid Gras.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean & staff cleaned and made bed every day, even with all the qaos the room was mostly quite even with doors to the balcony Definitely would stay again.

I would definitely stay here again. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was so kind and friendly, especially Eric. He was fantastic! The location couldn't have been better. Bourbon street was down the block as well as canal street. There was so many walkable options to dine. Thank you for a great stay 😊

The hotel itself was nice. There was a steel plate right outside our room which kept me up at night every time a car went over it. Was noisy due to the proximity to Bourbon Street. I thought we would like the location but next time I would opt for a quieter area.

I enjoyed my stay here. The only problem I had was the floor in the middle of the room was noisy (room 387). I was worried that I was disturbing the guests below me. Otherwise, the room was very clean with plenty of room.
